ANALYST/CONSULTANT (Full time position)- should blend analytical expertise, business acumen and technical skills to execute analytics, deliver strategic business insights and optimize marketing performance results. He/ she will interact with clients across a variety of industries, applications and functional areas (Business Units, Marketing, Technology, Finance) and must be comfortable both performing analysis as-well-as leveraging findings to create actionable, measurable business processes (RESULTS ABY!) . Qualified candidates need to possess: 3+ years of analytical experience supporting marketing programs; demonstrated proficiency at translating vast amounts of data into meaningful information and insights, using methodologies such as: 1.Campaign test design, results measurement, and statistical significance testing 2.Segmentation/Profiling 3.Predictive modeling (multivariate regression, logistic regression, CHAID, and/or CART) Hands-on experience using data query and analysis tools such as SAS or SQL; must be able to work with large databases (querying, joining, summarizing) to create analytic datasets and execute analyses ; understanding of business analysis, marketing strategy and principles of direct marketing; experience with automated or triggered marketing a plus; effective at communicating results: able to boil it down, ³tell the story², help create and deliver a presentation. AGENCY RESOURCE MANAGER - Stay on top of knowledge of all current and upcoming jobs moving through the agency to determine resources for creative, web developers, proofreaders and project managers. Be able to work closely with Directors and Team Leads to assess work loads, discuss job schedules and team productivity. Proven project management experience a huge plus. Ability to build trust, accountability and respect with all management levels and team members in the short-term. Experience in building and streamlining processes with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Ability to identify and implement new processes and technology in order to innovate, stay efficient and drive revenue - super skills. Strong multi-discipline background ­ familiar with online development and print production practices. Strong organization and communication skills. DATA PROCESSING PROJECT MANAGER - € 5-10 years general business experience and 2-5 years as Data Processing Specialist or Technical Project Manager € Proven ability to be able to translate client strategy needs into semi-technical instructions for programmers, and the ability to translate technical/data information into an understandable language for a client/account manager. € Preferred: Understands how to perform basic SQL queries to get at metadata or manipulate data. € Proven ability to improve processes and leverage technology to create efficiencies € Excellent interpersonal and communication skills € Ability to foster collaboration among team members, other departments and vendors € Ability to see the ³big picture² and be proactive € Effectively shares knowledge and skills with co-workers € Motivates others to perform well € Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, custom functions (like LOOKUPs), VBA, macros and/or addins. € Preferred: 1+ years experience programming and systems analysis in a Relational database environment (like SQL/Oracle).
